Director of the Surgery Center
Saiidmurad Ibragimovich Ismailov was born on September 6, 1962, in Tashkent.
He holds a medical degree from SAMPI. He is a Doctor of Medical Sciences and a professor. He was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Doctor of the Republic of Uzbekistan."
He began his career in healthcare, rising steadily from a nurse and laboratory assistant to senior positions in the industry.
From 1994 to 1997, he worked for the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, holding the positions of chief specialist and department head. In 1997, he became deputy chief physician of City Clinical Hospital No. 7.
From 1997 to 2012, he headed the Yakkasaray District Medical Association (a multidisciplinary central outpatient clinic with an inpatient department).
From 2012 to 2015, he served as head of a department at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
From 2015 to 2018, he served as Chief Consultant to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
From 2018 to 2020, he served as Head of Department at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
From October 16, 2020 to the present, he has served as Director of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after Academician V. Vakhidov.
Under the leadership of S.I. Ismailov, the Surgery Center has consistently developed into a leading high-tech clinic in the country, implementing modern surgical and organizational solutions, expanding international cooperation, and strengthening the institution's human resources.
